How to use
eBill

Log into your Yuh app as usual and go to the “Pay” section. Select eBill and activate the service from there. Then choose the invoice issuers who should start sending you bills via eBill.

Does eBill cost something?

Beep, beep! Guess what? eBill is as free as a (Swiss) bird. It only costs you the effort it takes to approve your bill payments by clicking on the dedicated button.

How do I register for eBill?

Log in to your Yuh app and go to the eBill section. From there, you’ll be guided to set it up.

I already use eBill. Just wondering if I can link my existing eBill user account with another bank, too?

Are you saying we’re not your one and only financial services provider (sob, sob)? Just kidding… of course you can link your account. To do so, you just need to click to say you already use eBill during the registration process.

How can I get an invoice issuer to send me bills via eBill?

Option 1: Look up the invoice issuer via the issuer search on the eBill portal.
Option 2: Enter a payment just like you usually do in the payment section of the Yuh app. If the invoice issuer offers eBill, you’ll be magically notified and can proceed to registration.
Option 3: There’s a supernatural function which adds issuers automatically. If this sounds good to you, just activate it by clicking “Add invoice automatically.”

How do I set up a standing approval for eBill?

First of all, access the eBill portal, then choose the bill you want to approve automatically. Select “Standing approval” and define the conditions for it. And voilà: Your bills will pay themselves, like a miracle.
