When does the promotion take place?

I have a referral and a promo code. Can I use both?

No, you can only benefit from one reward programm at a time. If you have a promo code and a referral code you need to choose one (or flip a coin).

If you haven’t received your 3’000 SWQ referral bonus, here’s what you need to do

Just check if your friend has completed all the mandatory steps:

Is their account open?
Have they given us all the info and documents we need?

Has the account been funded with a single payment of 500 CHF or more?
If not, your friend can try again by making a single payment of 500 CHF or more.
Multiple smaller payments won’t qualify. They need to make a single payment of 500 CHF or more.

Are they a Swiss resident?
If not, they are unfortunately not eligible due to legal reasons.

If all the steps have been completed correctly before 30 September, you should receive your bonus within just 5 business days!
