Can I use more than one TWINT app?

Yes! Or, as Obama would have put it, yes we can! The TWINT app can be installed and used multiple times on the same phone, for example, if you want to use the TWINT prepaid app and the Yuh TWINT app. Or if you have accounts with two different banks, you can install and use TWINT apps for both of them. Just don’t forget to pick one as the default app for receiving transfers.

I forgot my TWINT PIN or TWINT password. Can Yuh help me?

Don’t worry! Our team of superheroes in Customer Care will come to your rescue. Just get in touch with them on +41 44 825 87 89.

I have a new mobile phone number! What now? (TWINT)

It’s easy to change your phone number in the app. Just open the Yuh TWINT app and go to “Settings” > “Personal details” by tapping on the three dots or lines in the top left or right corner. You can enter your new phone number there. TWINT will need to re-confirm your identity when you make changes to your personal information. When changing your phone number, you will receive a code by SMS, which the app will ask you to enter to make sure that the new number is correct.

What are the limits in the Yuh TWINT app?
